Hair O’ The Dog Philadelphia

Hair O’ The Dog is returning to its roots, with STYLE! On January 17th, 2009, Philadelphia’s most sought out black-tie gala, is back and will be held in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. Discover supreme enjoyment at one of the city’s most stunning hotels, the Bellevue at the Park Hyatt. This event will be more extraordinary than ever! Taking place in the main grand ballroom & VIP balcony area of the hotel, prepare yourself, for the red carpet will be laid out, for a memorable night of top notch entertainment, local celebrities, socialites, high fashion attire, cocktails (5-hour open bar) and light butlered hors d’oeuvres.

The Charities
This year, Hair O’ The Dog’s concentration and purpose will be giving back to those in need. The Great Guy Group has been chosen for this year’s Hair O’ The Dog local charity. This is an extraordinary resource, serving patients and their families, connecting donors and benefactors to improve lives that have been burdened by the cancer experience. Just recently, The Great Guy Group has partnered up with the Adopt-A-Pig also based in Philadelphia. Adopt-A-Pig is a program designed to help children and their families cope as they face their greatest challenge, fighting cancer. Proceeds benefit a variety of support services for patients and their families. Pediatric cancer patients and survivors paint and decorate the piggy banks. When sponsors adopt the piggy banks for an initial fee, they begin collecting donations. Adopt-a-Pig will also be involved with The Great Guy Group for 2009’s Hair O’ The Dog. All proceeds for the event will be distributed equally to each charity. Please join us for this year’s event in helping two of Philadelphia’s remarkable local charities.
