Mark McGraw, son of Tug McGraw and brother of Tim McGraw, will appear
at the Philadelphia Film Festival / CineFest 09
The Philadelphia Film Festival/CineFest 09 is pleased to announce that Mark McGraw, whose film No Boundaries will screen on Saturday, March 28th at 7:00pm at International House, will make an appearance at the festival. The showing of No Boundaries on the 28th will be the world premiere of the film.
Approaching the issue of immigration with a local flair and a dash of romance, the film tells the story of young illegal immigrant, Isabel (Dani Garza), who finds love with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent, Christopher (Mark McGraw).
Mark McGraw, is the son of legendary Phillies’ relief pitcher Tug McGraw and brother of famed country singer Tim McGraw; he split his youth between New York City and Philadelphia. After working for 10 years as a firefighter/paramedic in Oregon, he began to pursue an acting career.
Over the course of three years, McGraw has steadily built up a resume with roles in independent films and television programs, including a two year stint co-hosting “Spice Up My Kitchen” on HGTV. The role of Christopher in No Boundaries is his first leading role.
McGraw, as well as the other cast and crew in attendance, will be available for interviews and interested parties should contact the CineFest media office.
